Do I need an OpenAI account for the chatbot?
Yes. The assistant runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, so you own it and control the spend. Setup takes about five minutes and I walk you through it. For a small business site the running cost is usually a few dollars a month.
Will the chatbot make things up about my business?
No. It answers only from the content you give me: your pages, docs and product data. If the answer is not in your material it says so and offers to pass the question to you, rather than inventing one.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your content or a link to your current site, your logo and brand colours if you have them, a domain, and an OpenAI or Anthropic account. If any of that is missing, say so and I will send setup steps on day one.
Can you work on my existing site instead of building a new one?
Sometimes. If it is custom-coded, usually yes. If it is a WordPress or Wix site, adding a proper AI assistant on top is often more work than rebuilding. Send me the link and I will tell you honestly which is cheaper for you.
Do I need to write the content myself?
Send what you have, even rough notes, and I structure and lay it out. I do not write your copy from nothing, but I will tell you exactly what is missing before we start so nothing stalls mid-build.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Premium includes an admin panel for editing content without touching code. Every package comes with documentation, and I record a short walkthrough at handover so you are never dependent on me.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Add them with the Additional page extra at $25 each, or message me before ordering and I will build a custom offer around the real page count. Either way the price is agreed before you pay.
