I launch with Auto, Broad, Phrase, Exact,Product/Cat Targeting campaigns to gather data and drive visibility. Within 30–60 days, I harvest winning keywords into Exact campaigns, add negative keywords and ASIN exclusions to reduce waste, optimize bids, and scale budget on converted terms.
2️⃣ What's the difference between ACoS and TACoS, and why might you prioritize one over the other for a specific client?
ACoS measures advertising spend relative to ad-attributed sales, while TACoS measures ad spend against total sales, including organic revenue. I prioritize TACoS when the goal is long-term growth because it shows whether PPC is driving organic ranking and overall business growth
3️⃣ Tell me about a campaign you inherited that was underperforming. What did you diagnose as the problem, and what did you change?
I recently inherited a Sports Gear FBA brand with high ACOS and flat sales. I found wasted spend from broad targeting, weak search-term control, and no negative ASIN strategy. After restructuring campaigns, adding negatives, and scaling winners, ACOS fell while ROAS and sales increased.
4️⃣ What's your approach to Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display — do you use them for every account, or only in certain situations?
I use Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display strategically, not by default. Sponsored Brands are great for building brand awareness, defending branded keywords, and driving traffic to Store pages. Sponsored Display works well for retargeting shoppers, competitor conquesting, and increasing rankings.
