About this Gig
Bad Japanese localization ruins great games. Steam reviews in Japan are notoriously strict about unnatural translations and broken UI!
I provide native Japanese LQA (Language Quality Assurance) and playtesting for indie and mobile games.
What I check:
- Text cutoff, line wrapping, font rendering issues
- In-game dialogue context, character tone consistency

FAQ
Q: Do you currently live in Japan?
A: Yes, I am a native Japanese speaker born and raised, currently living in Japan. This allows me to test your app or website in a real local environment, including network speed and cultural context.
Q: What devices do you use for testing?
A: I can test on iOS (iPhone), Android, Windows PC, and Mac. I can also test your website on multiple browsers like Chrome and Safari. If you have specific OS requirements, please message me.
Q: Can you identify "Chinese font" or layout issues?
A: Definitely. I check for incorrect Kanji characters (Han unification issues), text overlapping, and broken fonts to ensure your product looks professional and trustworthy to Japanese users.
Q: How do you deliver the test results?
A: Depending on the package, I provide a summary report or a detailed PDF including annotated screenshots and screen recordings (MP4) to show exactly where the bugs or UX issues occur.
