Most Japanese translators want a meeting before they quote. I do not. Send the English and say who reads it. You get the Japanese back in the format you sent.

It ships as a crash. A term that drifts between files comes back as a support ticket. Neither is visible to anyone who does not read Japanese.

Japanese has no neutral tone. 敬体 for customers, 常体 for internal docs, and a different wording again for a UI button. Tell me who reads it and I pick the right one. Most sellers just say "natural" and hope.

Do you use AI yourself?
I use AI as a drafting tool where it helps, and I take full responsibility for the final Japanese. Every deliverable is reviewed and rewritten by me personally. If you prefer no AI at any stage, tell me before ordering and I will work fully manually.
How do you count the words in my file?
By the English source, not the Japanese output, and only the translatable values. Keys, placeholders, tags and markup are not counted. Send the file and I will give you the exact number before you order.
Can you translate from English, not just check my Japanese?
Yes. Send the English source and I will send you a custom offer. Translation is priced per English word rather than per Japanese character.
Is my content confidential?
Yes. I do not reuse, publish or share your content, and I delete all files once delivery is accepted. If you need an NDA signed, send it to me before ordering.
