Do I need technical knowledge to deploy the delivered workflows?
You need to be comfortable importing workflow JSON files into n8n and following step-by-step documentation. If you can set up n8n and create a Pinecone account, you can deploy what I deliver. Message me if unsure.
What kind of automations can you build beyond RAG?
Any n8n-based workflow that solves an operational problem — document processing, data transformation, multi-step AI pipelines, notification systems, integration workflows, and more. If you're unsure whether your use case fits, send a message and describe it.
What do I need before we start?
Basic: n8n instance, free Pinecone account, and Ollama installed (for local LLM mode) or an OpenAI API key (for cloud mode). Standard: same as Basic, plus sample data from your knowledge source. Premium: n8n instance. Approach agreed during scoping.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard delivers a single-pipeline RAG workflow with Pinecone. Premium adds a full database layer, structured logging, error handling, and complete architecture documentation. Premium is for buyers needing production-grade operational visibility.
What happens after I receive the workflow files?
You import the files into n8n following the deployment guide. After successful deployment, the system runs on your infrastructure - I am not involved in day-to-day operation. Issues matching the agreed scope are covered by your revision allowance.
Can you work with cloud LLMs like OpenAI, or only local models?
Both. Local mode requires Ollama installed on your machine. Cloud mode requires an OpenAI API key. You choose based on your preference for cost, speed, and data privacy. Other local and cloud LLM options can be discussed during scoping.
What tools and technologies do you use?
All builds are orchestrated in n8n. I work with both cloud-managed and local database and vector storage solutions. Local and cloud LLMs are both supported. Specific tools are agreed during scoping based on your setup and preferences.
What database is used for logging on Premium builds?
Chosen based on your requirements - options include local PostgreSQL, managed cloud options like Supabase, or no-code options like Airtable or Google Sheets. We agree on the right approach during the scoping conversation.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers delivered functionality that doesn't match the agreed scope. It does not cover new requirements added after delivery or scope changes. Scope changes are handled as separate orders.
Is this gig only for tech companies?
No. The automation work is relevant to any team or organization with a knowledge retrieval or workflow automation challenge - regardless of industry or company size.
