Which package should I choose?
Count the broken ASINs or variation families. 1 = Basic, 2 = Standard, 3 = Premium. Not sure? Message me your ASIN first and I will tell you the exact package you need.
What if I am not sure what is wrong with my listing?
Just send me the ASIN and any error message you see. I will diagnose the root cause in Seller Central and tell you exactly what needs fixing before you order.
What level of Amazon Seller Central access is required?
I will need access to the Manage Inventory and Add a Product section of your Seller Central account. I never need your password, and I can guide you through adding me safely.
Can you guarantee results?

Do you fix listings with a flat file or directly in Seller Central?
Whichever is safer for your case. For variation families and bulk changes I use a corrected flat file. For single attributes I fix directly in Seller Central.
Can you create parent-child variation listings, not just fix them?
Yes. I create new parent-child variation listings as well as repair broken ones. Send me the details and I will scope it.
My listing is suppressed, inactive, or stranded. Can you still fix it?
Yes. Suppressed, inactive, and stranded inventory issues are all covered in this gig. Compliance Issues are not covered and are scoped separately
How long until the fix shows up?
The process usually takes 24 to 48 hours. However, Amazon may occasionally experience delays, and it can take up to 10 Days for the results to appear.
Can you help merge or combine reviews across variations?
Where Amazon policy allows it, yes. Send me the ASINs and I will confirm what is possible.
Do you offer long-term account or catalog management?
