Do you need my Shopify owner password?
No. I prefer appropriate Shopify collaborator access or the minimum secure permissions required for the project.
Will you work directly on my live theme?
I normally work in a duplicate or unpublished theme whenever possible so the live storefront remains protected.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No. Sales depend on traffic, product, pricing, offer and market conditions. I guarantee the agreed deliverables and testing process—not results outside my control.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is one clearly defined problem affecting a specific page, section or behavior. Multiple unrelated problems require a larger package or custom offer.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
No. Each package includes the listed revision allowance. New requests outside the original scope are quoted separately.
Can you fix third-party application code?
I can investigate app-related storefront problems, but proprietary application code may require assistance from the app developer.
