Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, strongly recommended. Shopify stores vary significantly in theme complexity, apps and existing customizations. Send me your store URL and the main problems you want solved so I can confirm the correct package and scope.
Is this a complete Shopify store build?
No. This Gig is primarily designed for existing Shopify stores that need meaningful storefront improvements. A complete new build or major theme reconstruction should be quoted separately.
Can you improve my product pages?
Yes. Depending on the package, I can improve product-page hierarchy, mobile layout, CTA presentation, variant clarity, trust placement, supporting content and overall buying flow.
Can you fix mobile problems?
Yes. Mobile usability is a major part of this service. I can address responsive spacing, overflow, inconsistent layouts, oversized elements, navigation problems and other storefront presentation issues within the agreed scope.
Do you guarantee increased sales or conversion rate?
No. I improve storefront usability, presentation and buying-flow problems, but sales depend on many factors including traffic quality, product-market fit, pricing, offer strength and customer demand.
Can you work with custom Shopify themes?
Usually, but I need to review the theme first. Highly customized themes, advanced JavaScript frameworks or complex third-party integrations may require a custom scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to work already included in the agreed scope. New pages, functionality, sections or requests that were not part of the original scope are additional work.
Will you work directly on my live theme?
Whenever practical, I prefer to work safely using a duplicated development/theme copy before approved changes are published to the live storefront.
