Is this therapy or counselling?
No, this service is supportive listening and conversation. I am not a licensed therapist or counsellor. This is a safe, empathetic space to talk and feel heard.
How do sessions work?
We meet via telephone call or via Zoom (will consider other online platform). You can talk freely, and I will provide a calm, non-judgmental listening space.
Can I book multiple sessions?
Yes! You can book any package or add extra time if you need more time than previously selected.
Who is it for?
Anyone who needs someone to talk to, whether you're dealing with work stress, family stress, emotional challenges, or just need to vent and unburden yourself.
Will our conversations be confidential?
Yes. Everything shared stays between us. However, if anything suggests a serious risk of harm to you or others, I may need to signpost you to the relevant emergency services. Outside of that, your privacy is always expected.
