Website chat widget, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs or Slack. Basic and Standard include one channel, Premium includes two.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from the content you provide. When it does not know, it says so and offers the human handoff instead of guessing.
What are the ongoing costs?
AI usage in your own account, typically $5-30/month depending on traffic. WhatsApp has small per-conversation fees from Meta. No fees to me unless you want maintenance.

Yes, that is the Premium package. Leads go to your inbox, sheet or CRM. Bookings connect to your calendar.
