FAQ
My script is longer than 100 words, how do I add the additional word count?
It's easy! Just type in your word count in the space provided at the very bottom of the package you choose. Fiverr will automatically add the price for you.
I ordered 2 business day delivery but the order still says 7 day delivery?
That's just Fiverr's default timer. If you order the 2 business day delivery, I will get notified and confirm your order and delivery date, with you shortly :)
What is your revision policy?
Revisions are only provided if I make a mistake. Please send pronunciations for unusual names/words. Space is provided for special requests on the order All my videos are consistent in style, I will not reshoot for personal taste or mistakes I am not responsible for. See portfolio for samples :)
What's the best way to provide you with pronunciations of hard or unusual words?
A voice recording from you is best, you can easily do that with the voice recorder on your phone or computer. Or sites like dictionary.com, forvo.com, dictionary.cambridge.org, will work too. Just make sure to be specific which pronunciation you want me to use, as often times there are multiple.
You have a lot of orders in your queue. Can you still spend the needed time on my order?
Of course! I have been doing this a long time and have a team who helps me with it all. We treat every order as if it's our only order and give it all the attention it needs and deserves :)

I placed multiple orders on this particular day, and didn’t realize that the seller did not offer the portrait recording option on the order forms. I was looking for verticals video for a marketing campaign for a social media platform. I ended a horizontal/landscape mode video. I reached out to seller...
