About this gig
Show your client how the stage will look before production begins. I create branded 3D stage concepts for conferences, launches and award ceremonies, informed by hands-on event production experience.
Each package covers one stage and one agreed concept:
BASIC: up to 6m wide, 2 renders, 1 revision.
STANDARD: up to 10m wide, backdrop and screens, 5 renders, 2 revisions.
PREMIUM: up to 14m wide, wings, screens and lighting concept, 9 renders, 3 revisions.
Delivery: 1 / 1 / 2 days for 3D visuals after complete requirements. Dimensioned 3D views: Basic +$100, Standard +$200; Premium included on request. Dimensions add 1 day; arrange a 3-day Premium offer before ordering.

Does this package cover the whole event?
Each package covers one stage and one concept: Basic up to 6m wide, Standard 10m, Premium 14m. Seating, entrances, registration and other venue zones belong in my event-design gig. Complex structures or larger stages require a custom offer.
What should I send before ordering?
Send stage width, depth and height, venue photos or a plan, screen sizes, brand assets, references and your deadline. Include venue and rigging restrictions. I use these to confirm scope and design to the agreed dimensions.
What counts as a revision?
A revision refines the agreed concept using your consolidated feedback. A new concept, changed dimensions or additional scope is quoted separately. Basic, Standard and Premium include 1, 2 and 3 revision rounds.
Are 2D drawings, source files or production included?
No. Packages deliver 3D rendered images. 2D plans, elevations, sections, fabrication details and editable source files require a separate quote. Dimensioned 3D views are visual references, not construction or engineering documents. Fabrication and installation are not included.
Can I get dimensions on my 3D views?
Yes. Overall and key element dimensions on 3D views cost $100 for Basic or $200 for Standard, adding 1 day. Premium includes these on request at no extra charge, adding 1 day. Request a 3-day Premium offer before ordering. No 2D technical drawings are included.
What are the walkthrough prices and delivery times?
On the approved design: 30s $500 (+2 days), 60s $700 (+3), 90s $1,000 (+4), 120s $1,400 (+5). The checkout walkthrough extra is 30s only. For longer videos, request one custom offer; do not stack extras. Complex animation is quoted separately.
What does a walkthrough include?
1080p video of the approved design, an agreed camera route, editing and one editing revision. Design approval comes before animation. New design elements or changes to an approved route after rendering cost extra. 4K, character animation and voiceover require a separate quote.
When does delivery start and what files do I receive?
Delivery starts after complete requirements are submitted: Basic/Standard 1 day, Premium 2 days for visuals. Images are high-resolution JPG/PNG, at least 2000px on the long edge. Extras add time. Premium dimensions require 3 days agreed in the offer or an accepted 1-day extension.
