I can perform molecular dynamics simulation for your research needs. I will cover all basic simulation setting up, running and analysis.

I can perform gromacs/htmd simulations with a given protein structure, where you can additionally specify forcefield/other parameters. Following equilibration and production runs, analysis of the simulation RMSD, RMSF, and Rg will be performed. Please do specify if you require ligand analysis, where mmgbsa/pbsa and/or bond formation analysis is required

Figures using R ggplot will also be generated according to your needs. The final simulation and analysis will all be returned to you.
