Do you need access to our accounting system or ERP?
No. You send an anonymized spreadsheet or CSV export. That is enough for the standard packages.
Can you build budget vs actual, cash flow or P&L reporting?
Yes. Each package covers the number of areas, KPIs, pages and data sources stated in its scope.
Will I receive an editable file?
Yes. You get the editable dashboard file and a short usage guide within your package scope.
Do we need a live call in English?
No. Requirements, files and feedback work in writing. A live session, if needed, is available in Italian.
Can this become a monthly reporting service?
Yes. After the first delivery I can set up a Custom Offer for recurring monthly reporting.
Do you provide support and updates after delivery?
Yes. Within the agreed scope we refine the dashboard together until the KPIs and views match what we defined. You also receive an editable file and a short usage guide, so you can keep working with it. Recurring monthly updates or a reporting service can be set up as a Custom Offer.
