Do I need to pay for n8n?
No. n8n can be self-hosted for free, or you can use n8n Cloud. I'll set it up on whichever you prefer. AI extraction costs are usually a few cents per invoice on your own API key.
What if my invoices come in different layouts?
That's fine. AI extraction reads by meaning, not fixed positions, so different vendors and layouts work. Anything it can't read confidently goes to an exceptions sheet for review instead of being guessed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The workflow runs in your own n8n and Google account. I only use the sample files you share for building and testing, and you can black out sensitive details.
