1. What do you need to start my project?
Please send a site plan or sketch with dimensions, current site photos, project location, preferred style, budget and a list of features you would like to include.
2. What files will I receive?
All packages include landscape plans in AutoCAD DWG and PDF, an editable SketchUp 3D model and high-resolution photorealistic renderings. The number of renderings depends on your selected package.
3. What does a revision include?
A revision round includes adjustments based on one consolidated list of feedback within the agreed project scope. Basic includes 3 rounds, Standard 5 and Premium 7. New design directions or added areas may require an additional fee.
4. Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please message me with your project details before ordering so we can confirm the scope, suitable package and delivery schedule. For larger or more complex projects, I can prepare a custom offer.
