What do I need to provide?
Provide searchable documents, the audience, and 5/10/15 sample questions for Basic/Standard/Premium. You need an eligible ChatGPT account. Premium also needs documentation and access for the API endpoint. Use supported access or guided setup.
Where will my assistant run?
This offer configures one Custom GPT in the ChatGPT custom GPT builder. It uses ChatGPT's existing interface and your files as knowledge. Website chatbots, standalone applications, custom interfaces, and website embedding need a separate quote.
How does it use my documents?
Your documents are added as knowledge for the Custom GPT to consult when responding. Clear instructions help define its task and answer style. We check your sample questions; answer quality depends on the content and model, and outputs still need review.
Can you use scanned PDFs or large knowledge bases?
These packages cover searchable PDF, DOCX, or TXT files within the stated limits. Scans, OCR, spreadsheets, websites, and larger collections need a separate scope. For TXT files, 500 words counts as one page. Current platform upload limits also apply.
What does the Premium API Action include?
One simple read-only connection to one existing documented HTTPS endpoint using API-key authentication. You supply the working endpoint and permitted access. OAuth, writing data, workflow chains, and building or hosting the API require a separate quote.
Are subscriptions and API charges included?
You pay ChatGPT, API usage, endpoint hosting, and third-party subscriptions. We confirm current account eligibility and required services before work begins. This service covers GPT configuration and the included API Action, not API hosting.
What counts as a revision?
Basic includes 1 round, Standard 2, and Premium 3. Each is a consolidated round of small instruction, source-organization, or conversation-starter changes within the agreed scope. Extra documents, features, use cases, Actions, or a new interface need a separate quote.
What support is included after delivery?
Each package includes 7 calendar days of fixes for reproducible configuration defects against the agreed scope. New features, document refreshes, ongoing monitoring, and subsequent platform changes require a separate maintenance agreement.
