Basic covers one simple bot on one platform. Standard adds RAG, persistent memory, database integration, multilingual replies, booking, and handoff. Premium supports up to 3 platforms with advanced workflows.
4. Can the chatbot remember previous conversations?
Yes. Basic keeps context during the current chat. Standard adds persistent memory across conversations. Premium can store preferences, booking history, collected details, and workflow status.
5. Can the bot answer from my website, FAQs, or documents?
Yes. Standard and Premium can use RAG to answer from approved website pages, FAQs, PDFs, and business documents. Answer quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of the content provided.
6. Is hosting included?
Hosting is not included. Deployment is available; the client pays hosting and usage fees.
7. What are the hosting limits?
I can deploy to an agreed platform. Domains, maintenance and scaling are separate unless included.
8. Are AI API and third-party costs included?
No. AI usage, Meta or WhatsApp fees, domains, phone numbers, premium databases, paid CRM plans, vector storage, and other third-party services are separate unless stated in the order.
9. What do you need to start?
I need your platform, goals, features, FAQs or business content, branding, languages, booking or lead flow, and authorized account or API access. Only share access through the Fiverr order.
10. Do you guarantee Meta or WhatsApp approval, and what do revisions cover?
No. Platform approval, verification, permissions, and message-template decisions are controlled by the platform. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope; new platforms, workflows, or features need an extra or custom offer.
