This automated assessment and result management system is designed for educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities. It simplifies student evaluation, result generation, and performance tracking all within Microsoft Excel.

How It Works

Enter basic data like class names, sections, subjects, and comments

Add student details including ID, name, and parentage

Select class and section from dropdown menus

In the result input sheet, all students from the selected class appear automatically

Choose the term, then enter obtained marks for each subject

Click "Save Result" the data is stored in a separate sheet

In the output sheet, select class/section to instantly view:

• Total marks
• Percentage
• Grade
• Class position
• Generate a print-ready result card by entering the students ID
• Teachers, coordinators, or heads can add remarks using dropdowns
