Yes. Most clients come with a half-finished setup. I audit what exists, keep what works and rebuild the rest. Message me with details before ordering.
Do I need to give you my login?
No. You invite me as an admin user in your CRM. I work inside your account and nothing is exported or shared externally.
What exactly do I get in the $25 audit?
A written analysis of your sales process: where leads get lost, which stages are missing, and a step-by-step plan of what to build first. No CRM access needed.
Which CRM do you work with?
Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, monday and Bitrix24. If yours isn't listed, message me — most platforms follow the same logic.
Can you migrate my data from spreadsheets or another CRM?
Yes. Migration from Google Sheets, Excel or another CRM is included in Standard and Premium. Send me your file format before ordering and I'll confirm the scope.
How do you prevent duplicate contacts?
I set deduplication rules and import validation before any data enters the CRM, so duplicates never get created in the first place.
Can you connect tools that have no native integration?
Yes. I build custom connections with Make, n8n and webhooks, so almost any tool can be connected to your CRM.
Will my team be able to use it without me?
Every delivery includes a walkthrough video and written documentation so your team can run the CRM independently.
What do you need from me to start?
