No. If you want the project file, it costs an extra charge. Having the project file means having access to the whole project. Therefore you must own the rights. After paying for the whole project will give you all the access and all the rights you need. The whole project will be yours.

I use only commercial, royalty-free sound effects and background music.

Making 3D animations can't be instantaneous because I don't use templates and actually create them from scratch. And it takes a lot of time and energy for the rendering process.
