How do I send photos and videos to you?
You can send all photos and videos directly through Facebook Messenger to your page. I will download and use them to create your content.
Do you post content the same night it is sent?
Same-night posting is only included in the Professional (Premium) package. Basic and Standard packages include scheduled posting based on the content plan.
Do you help with content ideas?
Yes, I provide content ideas and suggest simple clips or videos that can help improve your brand’s social media presence.
Do you reply to messages and comments?
I do respond to messages and comments, however I only reply to general customer inquiries. Messages that require management decisions, business-specific issues, or sensitive company matters will be referred back to you. All eligible replies are answered within 24 hours.
Do you respond to all comments?
I respond to comments that are customer-related or engagement-based. If a comment requires business decisions or cannot be answered without management input, I will not respond.
Will I need to fill out anything before starting?
Yes, all clients complete a short questionnaire so I can fully understand your business, branding, and goals to create the best possible content strategy.
