I will lodge trade mark applications

Preparation, advice and filing of trade mark applications in Australia and/or New Zealand by expert trade mark lawyer. Includes preparation of applications and advice and any pre-filing revisions required. Reporting of application as it progresses through examination, advertisement and through to registration including provision of Certificate of Registration.

Fee does not include:

(a) trade mark office filing fees IP Australia:$250 per mark per class; IPONZ $100 per mark per class;

(b) responding to adverse examination reports and/or oppositions. These will be reported as part of fee, but any additional work required to overcome will be advised with upfront strategy and costs.
