My name is Dr. Tara Salay and I'm a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

I will create a personalized yoga class video for you or your business. My yoga teaching style incorporates various forms of yoga, including vinyasa yoga, power yoga, restorative yoga, and slow flow yoga.

With my background in Physical Therapy, I possess a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, enabling me to develop tailored yoga sequences that cater to individual needs and ensuring that students receive the maximum benefit from their practice.
