Dead addresses are removed before delivery, catch-alls are separated, and the report shows what came out and why. An unverified list is where a first campaign burns the domain it sends from.

Since 2017 I've built and run B2B sending infrastructure in Dubai: domains, authentication, warmed mailboxes, verified lists, suppression.
I've fixed a domain wide Google spoofing rejection, caught Gmail silently rewriting the From address, and found Microsoft Defender burning single use links.
I read the raw Authentication-Results header on a message that actually arrived. The only record of what the receiving server decided.

What if the addresses bounce?
Any address I deliver as clean that hard bounces, I replace free. Catch-alls are flagged separately and never counted as clean, which is where most bounce surprises come from.
Where does the data come from?
Sourced to your brief, then the contact is taken from the company's own published page and checked. You get a source URL on every row, so you can verify any address yourself. Nothing is generated from a name and a domain.
Can I order a small batch first?
Yes, and I'd recommend it. The 100 contact package exists for exactly that. Run it, check the bounce rate yourself, then order volume once you have seen the file rather than because I told you it was good.
Do you guarantee 95% accuracy?
I guarantee what I checked and show you the check. Every row carries its verification status and a source URL, and the report shows what was removed and why. A percentage you cannot audit is worth less than a file you can.
How recent is the data?
Built when you order, not pulled from stock. Nothing sits in a database ageing between the day it was found and the day you send to it, which is the main reason bought lists bounce more than they should.
Why not the $20 list of 10,000?
At that price nobody verified anything. You are paying $20 for a bounce rate that can cost you a sending domain. Pattern generated addresses look right and are not deliverable. Cheap volume is the wrong product here.
How do you handle GDPR?
I will not claim 100% compliant, because compliance depends on how you send, not how I build. What I give you: a source URL on every row so you can evidence origin, and roleely from named ones. Take
Which countries can I email?
The US is cleanest, CAN-SPAM is opt-out. The UK works under the PECR corporate-subscriber exemption. I'd advise against Germany, Spain, and Denmark without local advice. I build the list, you own the sending.
What format do I get?
CSV or Excel, your choice. Name, company, title, email, source URL and verification status, one contact per company unless you ask otherwise, with catch-alls in a separate file and the verification report alongside.
