FAQ
My recommendation for extras
The suitability of the video packages depends on where you intend to use them and your objectives. For effective social media posting, it's advisable to opt for the "Social Media Package" or "Vertical Format." Alternatively, if budget is a constraint, the "Custom Animation" option remains viable.
Packages for social media
Recommended packages include videos in Full HD format, which is perfect for uploading to YouTube. Please buy our social media package if you want to post it on social media websites. I will produce an additional 50 videos in square format and a Facebook header design.
Where can I see the 50 video previews?
Just click on the link to view a preview of all the videos. You will receive the same animations as in the preview, with the same background music and the same duration. We will also alter the color scheme of the videos to match the colors of your logo. https://youtu.be/-SVgyYeP8U0
Am I able to place multiple logos in one order?
We're sorry, but you cannot do that. You will receive 50 animations with only one logo, but if you want to animate more logos, please place as many orders as needed based on the amount of logos you wish to animate.
What is the delivery time?
It's 24 hours guaranteed but usually takes 12-16 hours to deliver. However, we can arrange a time frame that suits your needs if you desire it sooner.
What custom colors means?
We will adjust the video colors to the colors in your logo.
What if I am not satisfied with the final videos?
We will give you a full refund if you are not happy with the final videos.
