Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering and send your file, feed, Google Sheet or API details. Tell me your CMS, what should be imported or updated, how products should be matched, whether you have variations, and how often synchronization should run.
What data sources do you support?
I support CSV, XLS/XLSX, Excel, XML, JSON, Google Sheets, APIs, FTP/SFTP, URL feeds, supplier feeds and other structured data sources. If your source is different, send a sample or documentation and I will check it.
Can you import or synchronize more than 50 products?
Yes. Fiverr shows a maximum of 50 products in the package field, but I can work with catalogs containing hundreds or thousands of products. Final scope depends on data structure, fields, variations, images and synchronization rules.
What does “one data source per order” mean?
The package price covers one file or one source only: for example, one CSV, XML, Excel file, Google Sheet, API integration or supplier feed. Projects with multiple sources may require a separate order or custom offer.
Can you synchronize existing products?
Yes. Existing products can be matched by SKU, product ID, EAN or another unique identifier and updated without recreating the catalog. I can update prices, stock, availability, attributes, descriptions, images and other fields.
Can synchronization create new products automatically?
Yes, if required. Synchronization can update existing products only or automatically create new products when they appear in the source. Creation can include names, SKU, prices, stock, categories, attributes, images, options and variations.
Do you support variations, options and attributes?
Yes. I can import and synchronize variations, options, attributes and categories when the required values and relationships are present in the source data. Please send your source before ordering so I can review the structure.
What product data can be synchronized?
Depending on your source, I can synchronize prices, stock, availability, status, SKU, categories, attributes, descriptions, images, options, variations, custom fields and other product data. Custom price calculations and data transformations are also possible.
How does automatic synchronization work?
Automatic synchronization can run through Cron or scheduled tasks. Your catalog can be updated from CSV, XML, JSON, Google Sheets, API or supplier feeds at agreed intervals. Frequency depends on your source, hosting and project requirements.
Do I need to buy a third-party import plugin?
Usually no. For synchronization projects, I can develop a custom plugin or module for your website and data source, without relying on paid third-party import plugins or recurring plugin subscriptions.
