How does remote event planning work
We’ll meet online (via Zoom, Google Meet, or chat) to discuss your event goals. From there, I create your plan, contact vendors, design materials, and coordinate everything virtually. I’ll keep you updated regularly and be available for questions anytime.
Can you work with my local vendors even if we’re in different countries
Absolutely! I coordinate through email, calls, and video meetings with vendors anywhere in the world. I also help you find and vet great local vendors if you don’t already have some in mind.
What types of events do you plan
In the past I have planned weddings, product launches, trade show stands, pop-ups, private celebrations, training events, conferences, birthdays. But if you don't see your event here and you're unsure if I can plan it, just message and we can go through!
Do you design invitations and marketing materials yourself
If It is within my scope I will design materials myself, though depending on what your vision is I have a portfolio of vetted and checked creatives that can design materials to match the event more closely.
Can you manage guest lists and RSVPs
Yes, I offer RSVP tracking and guest list management as part of my Standard and Premium packages. You’ll get a live, shareable document or spreadsheet to track who’s attending and any special notes.
Do you handle on-site setup
I don't, but I will create a detailed set of notes and instructions for all vendors on the day to follow so they have all of the information they need
