What do you need from me to start the barndominium design?
I need your land size, preferred style (modern barn, barndominium, A-frame, etc.), number of rooms, any reference images, and special requirements (loft, mezzanine, garage, porch, etc.). A hand sketch is also helpful but not required.
Can your plans be used for construction or permit approval?
Yes-I provide detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, electrical, plumbing, structural, and material schedules. However, some regions require a local licensed architect/engineer to “stamp/seal” the drawings, so please confirm with your local building authority.
Will I receive editable files like DWG or RVT?
Yes. Along with PDF sheets, I can provide DWG and RVT files depending on your package. This is useful for revisions, contractor use, or future modifications.
