What do you need to start?
Send your finished PDF without a password. Mark where answers should go. If a box needs a list of choices, include those choices too.
Do you redesign the document?
I keep your current page design and add the answer boxes. A new layout or rewritten text is not included.
Can clients fill it on any device?
For the best result, download the file and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer. Phones, browsers and email previews may work differently.
What counts as one field?
One place to type, tick or choose is one field. Each separate checkbox counts. Your package must cover both the number of pages and fields.
What does the included revision cover?
One round of corrections to the boxes we agreed on. New pages, extra boxes or a different page design need a separate quote.
Can you add signatures or calculations?
A box for typing a name can be included. Certified digital signatures, calculations and automatic rules are not included.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Code and AI-assisted tools help produce the form. Your file is checked, including saving and reopening example answers.
