FAQ
Do you fix what you find, or just report it?
The Basic package only reports findings. Standard and Premium include fixing critical issues (patches, SSL, malware removal depending on tier). Check the package descriptions for exact scope.
Do you need admin access to my WordPress site?
For the scan itself, no — I can check most things externally. If you order a package that includes fixes (Standard/Premium), I'll need temporary admin access to apply patches or remove malware.
Can you guarantee my site will be removed from a blacklist (e.g. Google Safe Browsing)?
I'll submit the removal request and clean up the cause, but blacklist review is done by third parties (Google, etc.) and their response time isn't something I control — typically 24-72h after a clean report.
What if you don't find any major issues?
You still get the full report confirming your site's current security status — peace of mind is a valid outcome too, and it gives you a documented baseline for the future.
