Book interiors built in Adobe InDesign, on a baseline grid, with a documented style system.
Most formatting services run your manuscript through a template. I build a type system for your book: a scale that holds from chapter openers down to footnotes, master pages that keep every spread consistent, and paragraph styles you can hand to any designer later. Your reader never notices the system they just keep reading.
What you receive:
- A print-ready PDF prepared to your printer's, KDP or IngramSpark specification, with the correct colour mode, bleed and marks for your chosen press
- The editable InDesign source, packaged with linked assets and font information (subject to font licensing)
- A style sheet documenting the type scale, margins and grid
I work on complex interiors: structured tables, figure captions, numbered references, running heads, front and back matter. My largest delivered project to date is a 120-page German clinical reference with structured clinical tables and medical figures.

Do you write or edit the text?
No, I design and typeset. Send your manuscript as a Word or Google Doc file; I handle structure, hierarchy, master pages and print-readiness.
What languages do you work in?
Latin-script languages — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish. I do not currently take right-to-left or CJK-script projects.
What is a revision?
One round of changes after delivery — layout, spacing or style adjustments across the manuscript. Please gather all feedback into one message per round.
