My aunt Rika wanted to bring her nastar product into retail after previously succeeding in small shops. However, because the packaging was only plastic with a sticker, it was rejected by major retailers.
She was very frustrated and told me about it, complaining while also giving me a list of what needed to be designed. Based on the stores requirements, her product needed more secure packaging, display packaging, and logistic packaging.
