Yes - Most shipping changes or troubleshooting requires me to have admin access to your account. If you are not sure, message me and I'll let you know if your project requires me to have admin access.
What platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, and Amazon Seller Central. On something else? Message me first and I'll confirm.
Do I need to already have a UPS/USPS/FedEx account?
Not necessarily — I can help set one up if you don't have one yet, or connect an account you're already using.
What if something comes up that's outside the scope of this gig?
I'll tell you clearly what's included versus what needs a custom offer before any extra work or charge — no surprises.
How fast can you deliver?
