What should I send before ordering wedding video editing?
Send the total footage length, a sample clip, your target video length and preferred mood. Include must-have moments, a reference video, names and any music you have permission to use. I will confirm the scope and delivery time before you order.
What is the difference between a wedding teaser and a highlight?
A teaser is a short preview, up to 1 minute in Basic. A highlight brings selected moments into one video, up to 3 minutes in Standard or 5 minutes in Premium. Each package includes one finished video, rather than coverage of the entire event.
How much raw footage is included?
Basic covers up to 15 minutes of supplied footage, Standard 30 minutes and Premium 60 minutes. For multiple cameras, add the duration of every file together. Send the total before ordering so we can check that the footage fits the package.
Can you include wedding vows or speeches?
Premium can include selected excerpts from supplied vows or speeches within its 5-minute runtime. Send timestamps, the audio files and a transcript where needed. I can balance the sound, but missing words or severely distorted recordings cannot always be recovered.
Do you edit full wedding ceremonies or reception films?
This starter offer covers short wedding highlights and teasers only. Full ceremony edits, long reception films and complex multicamera documentaries are outside the listed packages. Please describe what you need before ordering.
Can I choose the music and editing style?
Yes. Send a reference and describe the mood you want. Please supply music you have permission to use, or discuss an appropriate licensed option before ordering. A specific song or a music license is not automatically included in the package.
What format will you deliver?
You will receive one MP4 in the agreed aspect ratio and resolution. We will confirm what suits your footage before starting. Extra vertical versions, additional exports and editable project files are not included unless separately agreed.
How do revisions work?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3 and Premium 4 within the agreed brief. Send one clear list of changes for each round. A new music choice after approval, extra footage, a longer video or a different editing direction may require a separate quote.
