I will teach you piano, music theory, and music production
About this Gig
Want to improve your piano skills or take your music production to the next level? Let's make some music!
Hey! I'm Tay Dreamin, an independent artist, music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and experienced piano teacher. I love helping musicians develop their skills, overcome creative roadblocks, and bring their musical ideas to life.
What Can We Work On?
- Piano Lessons: Technique, chords, scales, improvisation, and learning your favorite songs.
- Music Production: Recording, arranging, sound design, mixing, and navigating your DAW.
- Music Theory: Understanding harmony, chord progressions, melodies, and applying theory to your music.
- Songwriting: Developing musical ideas, refining compositions, and building complete songs.
How Does It Work?
Every session is tailored to YOU! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced musician, we'll focus on the skills, questions, or projects you want to explore.
Choose a 30, 60, or 120-minute session, and we'll work together at your pace.
My goal is simple: to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create music you love.
Let's get creative!

FAQ
Do I need any prior piano or music production experience?
Not at all! I work with musicians of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced artists. Every lesson is tailored to your current abilities and goals.
What can we cover during our session?
Anything related to piano, music theory, songwriting, or music production! We can learn new techniques, troubleshoot problems, work on your original music, or focus on whatever you'd like to improve.
What's the difference between the three packages?
The only difference is the amount of time we spend together! All three packages offer the same personalized instruction. Choose 30, 60, or 120 minutes depending on how much you'd like to cover.
Do I need any special equipment?
For piano lessons, access to a piano or keyboard is recommended. For production coaching, you'll ideally need a computer with your preferred DAW installed. A stable internet connection and headphones are helpful for both.
What music production software do you teach?
I primarily work in FL Studio and Logic Pro, but many of the production concepts I teach can be applied to other DAWs. Feel free to message me beforehand to discuss your setup!
Can we work on a song or project I'm already creating?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring an original song, production project, or specific musical challenge. We can review your work together, explore ideas, and identify ways to improve it during our session

Ongoing collaborationI’m grateful I found Tay. He’s very knowledgable. I was feeling overwhelmed as a beginner music student, but he answered all my questions. I now know what my next steps are. I was feeling a bit unsure but he gave me the motivation boost I needed and I will be booking more sessions with him. Thanks Tay!
