Yes, I'll need to see the relevant code. You can share it via GitHub, zip file, or any method you prefer.
Will the fix break other parts of my app?
No. I always test thoroughly before delivering and I fix the root cause, not just the surface symptom.
What if the bug comes back after delivery?
That's what the 2 revisions are for. If the same bug reappears within the revision window, I fix it at no extra cost.
