No, unfortunately I cannot guarantee this. However, your odds will increase dramatically after review. I have never had an article desk-rejected after one of my reviews but in the end external reviewers may still disagree with the argument of an article.
Can you write my article for me?
No, that is unethical and i cannot do that. However, in the most expensive version of this gig i will provide substantial edits which can include finding new references, writing new sections, suggesting and describing how to conduct certain analysis. But the final step has to be your own.
Why are you so much more expensive than others?
I offer a full peer review which i have conducted many times over my 8 year career as a researcher. I will not simply ask chatGPT to do review but actually pinpoint specific corrections and ideas that will need to be completed in order to acheive publication.
