About this gig
Hi, Im Valentin aka Tc-5, a producer from Austria offering custom violin and cello recordings for songs that need a more organic, expressive and musical string element. From simple solo lines to fuller layered parts, the goal is always to create strings that feel natural and fit the track.
With 15 years of classical training and 100M+ combined streams across credited releases and ghost productions, I bring both strong musical foundations and modern production experience into every project.
I can help with:
- custom violin and cello melodies
- accompaniment and harmony parts
- layered string arrangements
- high-quality live recordings for your song
For bigger arrangements, live violin and cello can also be combined with software orchestra to create a fuller string section where it fits naturally.
Even if you dont have any parts written yet, thats no problem. I can also help shape the right melody, harmony or accompaniment based on your track and the direction you want.
If you already have sheet music, notes or references, feel free to send them over. If not, just send me your track and lets create strings that truly fit your song.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your track, a short description of what you want, and any references that help explain the style or mood. If you already have sheet music, notes or a clear idea for the strings, feel free to include that too.
Can you help if I do not have any parts written yet?
Yes. In many cases, I can help shape the melody, harmony or accompaniment based on your song and the direction you want. You do not need to have everything written out in advance.
Do you offer both violin and cello?
Yes. This gig includes both violin and cello recordings, depending on what your project needs. That can be a single instrument, layered parts, or a fuller arrangement with both.
What genres do you usually work on?
My main genres are EDM, House and Pop, since that is where most of my production work is focused. That said, I am not limited to specific genres with this gig. As long as the song is a good fit for violin or cello, I am happy to work across different styles.
What equipment do you use?
We record the acoustic instruments using a pair of Neumann KM184 microphones through an SSL12 audio interface. We produce, edit and mix in FL Studio 2025, monitoring through Neumann KH120 speakers and Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO headphones.
Do you offer other music services as well?
Yes. Besides violin and cello recordings, I also offer ghost production, remixes, mashups and other production services through my other gigs. If you need more than just strings, feel free to check my profile or send me a message.
