Translated text doesnt fit your layout? I adapt translated manuals, brochures and reports in Adobe InDesign so they match the original design, including Russian and other Cyrillic text, fonts, hyphenation and text expansion.
What I do:
- Reflow translated text into your InDesign file
- Rebuild a layout from a PDF or Word file when no source exists
- Deliver an editable InDesign package and print-ready PDF
What I need:
- A packaged InDesign file (File > Package, zipped with fonts and links) and the final translated text
- Only a PDF? Message me first so I can check what is possible
Good to know:
- Layout only, I dont translate
- PDF to editable covers about 5 pages; longer PDFs need a custom offer
- More than one language? Message me for a custom offer
- Your files stay confidential and are not reused
- Background: multilingual manuals for a translation company, plus print and marketing layout. I work in English and Russian.

How should I send my InDesign files?
In InDesign, choose File > Package, include fonts and links, then zip the folder and upload it. Please also add a PDF showing the intended final layout.
Do you translate the text?
No, I do the layout only. Please send the final translated text, either in Word or already placed inside your InDesign file.
I only have a PDF. Can you still help?
Often yes. Message me with a sample page before ordering and I’ll check. I rebuild it as an editable InDesign file. The “PDF to editable” extra covers about 5 pages, and larger files need a custom offer.
Which languages and scripts do you handle?
Latin-script languages and Cyrillic, including Russian. For right-to-left or Asian languages, please message me first.
