Are HQ .WAV files extra?
No. .Wav files are included FREE, as are mp3 files and many more.
What exactly are Full Broadcast rights and do I need to purchase?
If you intend to use the voice over in radio, television, or internet commercials, you will need to buy the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra. This is also known as a full buyout. Use it for as long as you desire. For more info see https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership.
What is your process?
When I receive your order, I'll message you to confirm and ask any questions. Once I have the script and any gig requirements, your project goes into my queue. Finally, I will deliver the project via Fiverr. I'm also available for questions.
Will you proofread and automatically fix errors in the copy?
If it's simple, of course. But, if you need me to edit copy, or recommend edits, please add the Proofreading extra, which adds a day to the order. Otherwise, there may not be enough time to suggest changes and hear back from the buyer before my 24 hour delivery time comes to an end.
What is your revision policy?
If I make a mistake, I will fix that at no cost. I also offer 1 free style(pace/tone) revision for projects under 300 words. For longer projects, you will need to purchase a revision based on the word count needed -$10/150 words . Note: A script change is not a revision.
In what time zone are you located?
Eastern Time Zone (Miami, Atlanta, New York)
Can you send me a custom quote for my project?
Absolutely! Send me your script, any special requests(music, split files, video sync, etc.), and how/where the project will be used and I will get back to you ASAP with a custom price for your uniquely awesome project.
What is a directed session?
You can purchase a half-hour live session (phone, zoom, skype, etc) with me to direct me on your project as I record.
