I build the pieces an online store needs to run without you doing everything by hand: the Shopify store itself, an AI support agent that answers customers from your real policies and order data, product research with real numbers, and AI spokesperson video ads.

What does it cost to run after delivery?
It runs on your own accounts: n8n cloud or self-hosted plus an OpenAI or Claude API key. For a typical small store that is roughly $20 to $40 a month, paid to them, not to me.
What happens when the bot doesn't know?
It tells the customer a human will follow up and sends you the chat with a short summary. It is built to hand off, not to guess.
Can it issue refunds or change orders?
Not on its own. It collects the request and order details and routes them to you. Anything that costs money stays with you by design.
Which platforms does it work on?
Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow and any site where you can paste a script. Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger DMs are available as an extra.
Will customers know it's AI?
I add a short line saying it is an AI assistant by default. Honest works better and keeps you clear of platform rules.
Do I need ChatGPT Plus?
No. You need an OpenAI or Anthropic API key, which is pay-as-you-go and separate from ChatGPT Plus. I send you 2 minute setup steps.
