What do I need before ordering?
Send your footage, target platform, message, style reference, logo and caption language. Select key moments or explain the story. All footage and music must be authorized for your intended use.
What is included in the packages?
Basic: 1 video, up to 15 minutes raw footage. Standard: 3 videos, 15 minutes raw total. Premium: 5 videos, 30 minutes raw total. Each final video is up to 60 seconds in 9:16 format.
Do you provide captions and editable files?
Yes. Burned-in English or Bangla captions and the editable project are included. Confirm your editing software/version first. Fonts, plugins and stock assets may have separate licenses and cannot always be redistributed.
Are animation, voiceover and filming included?
No filming, custom character animation, voiceover recording, paid stock or complex visual effects are included. Standard and Premium include simple animated text. Ask for a custom offer for extra services.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the agreed cut, timing, captions or styling. New footage, a new concept, extra videos or a changed script are scope changes. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
Can you guarantee views or upload to my account?
No views, followers or viral results are guaranteed. Delivery is a 1080x1920 MP4 plus project files. Account posting, ad management and ongoing content management are excluded. Never send passwords or OTPs.
