What do I need to provide you to start an order?
You just need to be precise and let me know your exact and correct catchy text phrases and slogans which you want to get designed. Then if you want any graphic illustrations into design or want any advanced typography done then you need to let me know your thoughts and ideas for it.
What final printable file will I get?
You will get any required printable files as per your need such as transparent PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS Vector file except editable Ai source file. Because editable Ai source files cost a little extra.
Which t-shirt printing method is best?
Printing method choice depends on your business requirements and your purpose. You may choose any printing method based on your business decisions. But for each printing method design files technical requirements are different from each other so make sure you know about it before you choose one.
Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
Yes. We do offer good discounts for bulk orders. You may message me for more information on this.
Do I get after sales support for completed orders?

What if my order is auto completed by fiverr?
If your order is autocomplete by fiverr then you don’t have to worry about that. Simply leave me a message in the message section and I will do my best to assist you further.
When will my order be delivered?
Each order gets drawn, designed, and delivered as per its order sequence and within mentioned and promised delivery time. Therefore once you order a design then it goes to the production queue and initial work gets started and within mentioned delivery duration it will be delivered back to you.
Do you offer commercial rights and copyrights?
Yes. By default you will get full commercial rights for your all original design orders with me unless it is mentioned otherwise. T&C applies.
Do I get a mockup for my designs?
Yes. Certainly you will get a JPG mockup file for your design orders with me which you can use to display in your t-shirt store.
Why am I getting watermarks on my files and how can I remove that?
Watermark is a feature on fiverr to protect works. So any file you will download without accepting the delivery and closing the gig will have fiverr watermarks. The moment you will accept the delivery and close the gig all the watermarks will be gone automatically then you can download files again.
