Hi, Im specialized in E-commerce bookkeeping and accounting with knowledge of Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and Shopify in Quickbooks online and Xero.
E-commerce accounting are quite different from conventional bookkeeping and need an experienced person who knows how to extract data from seller central. You need an experienced bookkeeper who does Monthly sales reconciliation.
I am an expert on Bookkeeping-
1. Setup your E-commerce store on an accounting system such as Quickbooks Online and Xero.
2. Mapping A2x, taxomate and Link books with online store in Quickbooks Online and Xero.
3. Extracting Information from seller center: Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Esty.
Record all components of income, gross sales, refund & returns, deduction fees, etc
4. Update inventory and cost of goods sold by journal entry
5. Reconcile income to sales channels and amounts received to payment processor payouts with all Bank/Credit Card/Paypal other merchant accounts
6. Preparation of Financial Statements such as Profit and loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc
7. Tax Season support
Monthly sales reconciliation and let you know how much money you will collect in future.

How do I share Amazon/Shopify/Ebay or other stores sales data with you?
The most convenient for a majority of my clients is to add me as a user to their stores (with limited access). However, if you feel you're not comfortable with it, you can download and share Seller central/other platforms reports.
DO I NEED A CPA WITH E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE?
The answer can be yes and no. If you are an Amazon seller, for example, and you work with a CPA who is preparing your taxes and has done so for other Amazon sellers, there will be less explaining on your part to your CPA about which reports are needed to provide revenue and expense details.
Is your experience country specific or have you worked in different countries?
My years of experience is not limited to any one country. I have worked for stores in USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, European Union (Germany, France, Italy, Spain etc.,), Africa, Middle East, and Asia (HongKong, Singapore, India, China etc.,). In addition, I'm also familiar with taxes in these countries.

Yes. I have worked with companies running stores simultaneously on Amazon, Ebay, Shopigy, Walmart etc., In addition, also selling to distributors and direct orders.
