What information do you need to start?
Please share the apps you want to connect, the trigger, required actions, fields to map, sample data, desired result, and your current Zapier plan.
Can you fix or improve an existing Zap?
Yes. I can troubleshoot failed tasks, incorrect field mapping, filters, authentication errors, duplicate records, and workflow logic. Please share the error details and expected result.
Can you connect an app that does not have a native Zapier integration?
In many cases, yes. The app must provide webhook support or documented API access. Please message me before ordering so I can confirm feasibility.
What counts as one workflow step?
For package scope, each trigger, action, filter, formatter, delay, webhook or path branch counts as a step. The limit is the total across included Zaps. This scope count is separate from Zapier task billing. Large branches may need a custom offer.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
It depends on the workflow. Premium apps, multi-step Zaps, Paths, webhooks, and higher task limits may require a paid Zapier plan. Subscription costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
How will I provide account access?
Use a team or collaborator invitation where supported. Otherwise, you can connect the apps yourself and I will guide the setup. Any necessary access is agreed through Fiverr. Keep passwords out of chat and remove temporary permissions after delivery.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers corrections or adjustments within the originally agreed workflow. A new app, new automation, additional steps, or a different business process is considered additional scope.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. Bug support for the agreed workflow is included for 2 days after delivery on Basic, 5 days on Standard and 7 days on Premium. New features, app changes, added steps and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.
Can you add OpenAI to my Zapier workflow?
Yes. Premium can include an OpenAI step within its app and step limits. Share your use case first so I can confirm feasibility. API usage and subscriptions are separate costs. Complex AI agents or extra steps need a custom offer.
What will I receive at delivery?
A working Zapier setup built in your account, tested field mapping and written handover notes. I test with sample data you provide and explain how to manage the workflow. Ongoing monitoring, new integrations and subscriptions are not included.
