What server do I need for VICIdial?
It depends on agent count and dialing ratio. Message me your expected agents and I will specify a server that fits - oversizing wastes money, undersizing causes audio problems.
Do you provide the calling carrier / SIP trunk?
You will need your own carrier account (I can recommend providers serving the US, UK, Canada and Europe). I configure and test the trunk on your system.
Can you load our leads and set up campaigns?
Yes - campaign, list and disposition setup is included in Standard and Premium. You provide the lead files in CSV format.
Can you train our team?
The Premium package includes an agent/supervisor walkthrough call. Written quick-start notes can be added as an extra.
Our current VICIdial is slow or broken. Can you fix it?
Yes, that is exactly what the Basic package is for. I diagnose first and tell you honestly if a rebuild is cheaper than repairs.
