Yes, I connect via AnyDesk or TeamViewer. You stay present the whole time and can end the session instantly. Your files are never touched without reason.
Is this safe for my data?
Yes. All changes are targeted, documented and reversible. I never delete personal files or run bulk scripts without explaining what they do first.
What if you can't fix my problem?
I diagnose before I charge. If the issue is hardware-level or outside the scope of remote repair, I'll tell you honestly before the session ends.
How long does a session take?
Basic fixes typically take 30-60 minutes. Full system repairs run 1-2 hours depending on what we find.
Do you work on both Windows and Mac?
Yes, Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS are all supported. Laptops and desktops both work fine remotely.
What causes a slow PC?
Usually a combination of startup bloat, background processes, outdated drivers, and accumulated junk. Sometimes malware. I check all of these in every session.
