What access will you need?
Most fixes require temporary WordPress administrator access. For server-related problems, I may also need hosting, cPanel or FTP access. I will only request what is necessary.
My website is completely down. Can you still access and repair it?
Yes. If the WordPress dashboard is unavailable, I can investigate through your hosting panel or FTP. Message me first so I can confirm the situation.
Will you create a backup before making changes?
Yes, whenever your hosting environment allows it. A backup helps protect the existing website before any major troubleshooting or repair begins.
What happens if you discover additional problems?
I will explain what I found before doing work outside the agreed scope. You can then approve a custom offer for the additional repair.
Will my website design or content be changed?
Only when the repair requires it. I will preserve your existing design and content wherever possible and explain any necessary change before proceeding.
Do you offer urgent or same-day repairs?
Urgent delivery may be available depending on the issue and my current workload. Contact me before ordering so I can confirm availability and cost.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. If the same agreed issue returns because of my repair, contact me during the revision period and I will investigate it. New or unrelated problems require a separate order.
