Downloaded models lack defined backlash, tip relief, and proper profile shift. Without clearance calculations tailored to your printer's shrinkage and tolerances, 3D-printed gears will jam or wear out within minutes under load.
What information do you need to start?
Input speed (RPM), input or required output torque, target gear ratio (or speed reduction), space constraints (max. envelope), and your intended manufacturing method.
Can we communicate and specify project requirements in German?
